Launched in 2021, Games Kingdom is a specialist online retailer of video games, merchandise, collectables, and accessories. We are a new business, and we take pride in high standard of customer experience and service, Games Kingdom aims for exceptional quality of service for customers, and we are always happy to help. We guarantee Authentic and High-Quality products, rest assured that all our products are Official and Fully Licenced. 



Terms & Conditions of your Contract with Gameskingdom.co.uk (Games Kingdom)


Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product pricing is correct at the time of entering the information. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. For Delivery and Returns details, please see below or contact us.


Availability of Goods

All 'In Stock' items are dispatched within 24 hours of placing an order Monday to Friday. In the event that products are temporarily unavailable, every effort is made to source the product to fulfil orders and to restock the website.


Please note: Pre-order bonuses are very limited stock and are NOT guaranteed with your order.


Please note: Pre-orders will be dispatched for delivery on Release Day or as soon as stock is available.


Your Undertakings and Warranties

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Losses caused as a direct result of inaccurate information provided (e.g. inaccurate address) remain your responsibility and risk. Please check you have completed all details on your order correctly. 


Acknowledgement of Order

When you have placed your order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to dispatch. This confirmation will state what the products are, the cost, delivery charge, and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order, Games Kingdom will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge.


Payment

Payment will be taken when you place your order, this includes pre-orders. 


Price promise - if you pay for your pre-order and our price drops before the release date, our pre-order price guarantee ensures that you will be refunded any additional costs.


All credit and debit card holders and PayPal users are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order.


At Games Kingdom, you can spread the cost of purchases using PayPal. We offer ‘Pay in 3 Monthly Instalments’ and ‘Pay Later’ options. You can find these finance options in the ‘Check Out’ section when you make an order. 


This means you can enjoy your favourite products at affordable prices and spread the cost or Pay Later.



All financial transactions via our website are handled directly by our third party payment service providers. The payment service providers we use are PayPal and Stripe.

Delivery:


Whilst we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times stated, there may be factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.


Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99*

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched you will be able to track your order and Royal Mail aim to deliver this within 48 hours, though this may take longer, for dispatch of mainland UK orders. Please note, deliveries will be Monday to Friday only. There will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. *Please note, larger and heavier orders may cost more to be delivered, please check the delivery fee during checkout.


Evri: £5.99*

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours using Evri Courier Service. Evri aim to deliver next working day, though this may take longer, for dispatch of mainland UK orders. Please note, deliveries will be Monday to Friday only. There will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. *Please note, larger and heavier orders may cost more to be delivered, please check the delivery fee during checkout.


Free Delivery on Small Items:

Some of our smaller items may qualify for Free Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Please check the product page and shipping during checkout for information on Free Delivery. Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver this within 1 - 3 working days, though this may take longer, for dispatch of mainland UK orders. Please note, deliveries will be Monday to Friday only. There will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Please note, adding additional items to your basket/bag during checkout may change your selected delivery option.


On occasion, we may use Courier Services in place of our usual delivery providers to dispatch customer orders. Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. Courier Services delivery times may vary and could take longer than expected. Please note, deliveries will be Monday to Friday only. There will be no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.


Please note: Pre-orders will be dispatched for delivery on Release Day or as soon as stock is available.


Please note: Unfortunately, due to changes created by Brexit and the UK no longer being a member of the European Union, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. 



Returns:


If you need to return your product, please contact us in the first instance on customersupport@gameskingdom.co.uk.


To return your product to us, the product must be returned in its original condition (unopened and unused). The product must be in its original packaging and sealed, the product seal must be fully intact and undamaged.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if you wish to return a product bought from Games Kingdom.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these Games Kingdom web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Nicholas Dixon for Games Kingdom, Hartlepool. In accessing Games Kingdom web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.



Age Restrictions

Any product with a BBFC (British Board of film Classification) or PEGI (Pan-European Games Information) rating will be clearly described as such on the product page for that item. For further information on age ratings, see the Video Standards Council Website, the PEGI website.

Warning: It is an offence to attempt to buy a certificated title if you are under the required age or to attempt to purchase any such title on behalf of an underage third party.

Persons placing orders for the purchase of products on our website confirm that they are of the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of the title(s) ordered.

Any person ordering a product for a third party hereby certifies the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of the title(s) ordered.

We reserve the right not to supply any age-restricted product where we reasonably believe that a customer is below the relevant minimum age.



Force Majeure

Games Kingdom shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


Limitation of Liability

Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation, including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to give you a refund, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.


We cannot accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website or any failure to complete a transaction. We cannot guarantee that the website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be free from errors, and we cannot guarantee that any content will be free from viruses or contaminating and destructive properties. Although we implement appropriate technology to prevent as far as reasonably possible all such occurrences you are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks including anti-virus and other security checks to satisfy your particular requirements for the safety and reliability of data input and output.



Safe Shopping and Secure Guarantee

Games Kingdom places great importance on maintaining securely the information that you provide. For this reason, we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send to us, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore, in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be in encrypted format and extremely difficult to decipher.

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Contracts between you and Games Kingdom shall be governed by English Law, and you and Games Kingdom submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
